Tui-Na is a Chinese massage style where Doreen may brush, knead, roll/press your muscles or areas between the joints to open the flow of energy and blood circulation moving in the meridians, muscles or joints.

And like with acupuncture, it is aimed at alleviating pain by correcting imbalances, removing obstructions, releasing tension, and stretching muscles in your energy pathways.

Cupping is an ancient Chinese technique where local suction is created on the skin using silicon cups. It promotes blood circulation, improves energy flow, and can stretch the fascia (connective tissue) that surround muscles, blood vessels, and nerves.
Cupping is wonderful for reducing muscle tension and releasing trigger points, and is also used to treat cellulite, lung issues, digestive disorders, and more.
There are two methods to cupping, one is placing the cups firmly on the skin and leaving them for a few minutes.
Another is sliding the cups along the length of muscles which provides deep stretching and less occurrence of cupping marks. Sliding cupping is a wonderful, deep massage that allows for better blood flow to circulate through the tissues of your body. This initiates deep muscle relaxation and reduction of symptoms.

Auricular Acupuncture, or Ear Acupuncture, is based on the idea that the ear is a microsystem that reflects the body. Conditions affecting the physical, mental, or emotional health of the client can be treated through stimulation of the ear points.
Ear Acupuncture can be a great complementary therapy with Body Acupuncture or as a stand-alone treatment for instances such as Smoking Cessation, Weight Loss, Addiction Therapy.
